Please read these terms carefully before using PlayNext SBA services.
By accessing or using PlayNext SBA's website, programs, events, or services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are registering on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian and accept these terms on their behalf.
Our youth programs are designed for athletes ages 11–16. Adult Open Run divisions are open to participants 18 and older. By registering, you confirm that the participant meets the applicable age requirement.
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. PlayNext SBA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All fees for programs, showcases, and events are due at registration. Refunds are issued at the discretion of PlayNext SBA management and must be requested at least 7 days before the event start date. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
All participants, parents, and guardians are expected to demonstrate sportsmanship, respect for coaches, officials, and fellow athletes. PlayNext SBA reserves the right to remove any individual from programs or events for conduct violations without refund.
By participating in PlayNext SBA events, you grant PlayNext SBA a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use photographs, videos, and recordings taken at events for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes across all media channels.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in athletic activities. PlayNext SBA is not liable for injuries sustained during participation. We strongly recommend participants carry appropriate health insurance.
PlayNext SBA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific program or event giving rise to the claim.
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and our Do Not Sell My Information policy, incorporated herein by reference.
PlayNext SBA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
